The Budget Commission has established the following dates for 2026 meetings. All meetings are scheduled for 9:00 a.m. in the Conference Room, located in the lower level of the RTA Building, 109 S Washington Street, Tiffin, OH 44883 (unless otherwise noted).

MEETINGS FOR 2026 – 1st TUESDAY OF THE MONTH UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED

January 6th and 20th (if needed)

February 2nd- 1st Monday

March 3rd

April 7th

May 5th

June 2nd and June 16th (if needed)

July 7th

August 3rd – 1st Monday

September 2nd (Wednesday) and 15th (if needed)

October 6th

November 3rd

December 2nd (Wednesday) and 15th (if needed) and 22nd (if needed)

The Budget Commission meets the first Monday of February and August per ORC 5705.27. The remaining meetings are held the first Tuesday of each month and other selected times as noted. All requests for Amended Certificates or Revenue adjustments must be presented to the Auditor’s Office 24 hours before the meeting. The law states that any actions made by the Budget Commission are public acts.
