Every year the first quarter bill will reflect the new per EDU rate that you will be paying. Per a resolution from the Seneca County Commissioners dated January 16, 2003, "sewer user fees will increase three percent (3%) annually, beginning with the first quarter (January, February, and March) of each year" (see the resolution of this change).

Any account with an outstanding balance as of November 21, 2025 will have the balance added to your property taxes.
