Application Requirements

1. Engineer's Estimate with prevailing wage and useful life statement

   1. Estimate must contain specifications for project

   2. Estimate must contain Engineer's stamp

2. Resolution from the City stating the amount of the match to be contributed to the project

3. A PDF Map showing the location of the project

4. A brief summary of how the project will benefit either:

   1. Economic Development

   2. Transportation factors

   3. Fund planning project

5. A resolution stating the acceptance to pay the 3% of the grant award success fee to the Seneca County TID
