Ohio law mandates Seneca County property values to be re-evaluated every three years. The Auditor is ordered to adjust property value based on sales activity in your area.

Review your tentative value today by selecting the "Search" button at the top of the page. Once on the Search page, you can find your parcel by entering a location address, parcel number, or name. After finding your parcel, scroll to the bottom of the page and look for the "Values" box, then click on the link that says "Tentative Values Available."

If you have questions about your tentative value, you can submit supporting documentation for office review OR schedule a request for an informal telephone hearing. Follow the prompts below to schedule your request.
